Process Steps

1

Value Engineering & Design

Beyond following blueprints; our engineers analyze the technical and financial viability of your project to reduce tonnage without sacrificing strength, ensuring a cost-effective path from the very first sketch.

2

BIM & The Digital Twin

Using advanced BIM software, we create a data-rich 3D visualization of the designed structure, also known as a Digital Twin. It allows us to assess each detail in advance and perform clash detection with HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems, ensuring that our steel structure fits with millimeter precision once it arrives on site.

3

Precision Fabrication

Craftsmanship meets automation across our controlled factory environments. Our integrated processes ensure every cut, drill, and weld adheres to Eurocodes and Seismic standards. Each material is tested for compliance upon its arrival at our factory, and we undertake a complete assembly of a full mockup of structure at our premises prior to dispatch.

4

Global Logistics & Erection

Whether for a high-rise or a warehouse, our logistics team ensures seamless delivery. Our on-site teams prioritize safety and speed, thus turning the existing Digital Twin into a physical reality.
