Discover the Parissis Way
From concept to erection, one accountable partner.
From straightforward steel structures to the most demanding architectural systems, Parissis delivers with the same discipline and clarity of responsibility.
Parissis covers the full project lifecycle. This end-to-end approach reduces interfaces, limits site surprises, and keeps execution consistent from the first model to final handover.
When projects require adjacent scopes, we coordinate with trusted specialist partners to keep interfaces simple and delivery aligned.

Structural Design & Value Engineering

We begin with in-house structural design and load analysis to confirm compliance and buildability before fabrication begins.
Depending on the structure, we use specialized analysis and modeling tools to drive performance-to-weight optimization without compromising architectural intent.
Through 3D visualization, detailed drawings, and BIM coordination, we resolve critical details early, coordinate with other trades, and reduce clashes and site risk before execution.
- Structural analysis & optimization
- 3D visualization & 2D shop/fabrication/assembly drawings
- Erection sequencing
- BIM coordination
Controlled Fabrication, Painting & Quality Control

Steel is fabricated under controlled factory conditions. Every element moves through material traceability, certified welding, ISO 12944-compliant surface preparation and painting, and dimensional verification against approved drawings.
This controlled environment ensures consistency between what is engineered and what reaches the site. Our fabrication capacity across operations reaches 3000 tons per year and is supported by full-scale mockup capability for complex or high-finish elements.

- Full-Scale Mockup
- Treatment and Painting According to ISO 12944
Logistics & Supply Chain Coordination

Logistics and supply chain coordination are managed as an integrated service. We plan procurement, packing, and shipping in detail, including how complex elements are arranged in containers for efficient loading, protection, and delivery.
This planning is aligned with the installation sequence on site. Combined with robust packaging methods and trusted shipping partners, it helps maintain continuity across the supply chain and supports reliable delivery on demanding projects.

- Packing, optimization & shipping
- Delivery scheduling
- Site coordination
On-Site Erection & Handover

Our teams execute erection through defined methodologies and lifting plans, providing specialized erection support for complex access conditions, work at height, and other non-standard site constraints, through to controlled handover.
We coordinate site interfaces with other trades around client priorities and programme timelines, adapting methods to site realities to protect progress and solve challenging erection conditions across the Middle East, Africa, and Europe.
- Method statements and lifting plans
- On-site supervision and full erection by Parissis teams
- Alignment verification and paint touch up
- Handover documentation
